Excuse the lack of furniture and the bare walls, we have painted and unpacked, but gradually getting things up on the walls, and gradually getting the new furniture we need!!! People have been asking for pictures, so here they are!!!!!
The picture above is the living room, as you can see, we still need tables and a TV stand, but those are our new Lazy Boy leather couch and recliner. They are so nice!!! and NO Guinness is not allowed up there, he tried the first day, but we figured out how to prevent that...put the recliners out while we are gone!!! haha!

This is the 2nd bathroom in the basement. We need to strip off the wallpaper, but that is gonna wait for now. Ryan and I would like to renovate both the bathrooms sometime, so that will be a project down the line.

This is the Non-finished part of the basement...it has tons of storage and Ryan is in heaven because he can put all his work stuff away in the closets and drawers that are built-in. It also goes back even more to the left, which you can't see in this picture.

With the news of our pregnancy, Ryan's office that he was so excited about had to be moved to the basement...LUCKILY, we have the room and I think it will be great...the basement LITERALLY is his man cave, work and play all in one!

This is the other part of the "man cave" we just got cable today just in time for the COLTS game!!!! Go Colts!!!!!!!

View of the finished part of the basement consisting of Ryan's "office" and the entertainment area. To the right there is the 2nd bathroom and a "BAR" area:)

This is the upstairs bathroom, we painted a pale yellow. (it was wallpaper and dark purple :( We both really want to renovate this bathroom as well, but that will have to wait for a bit...

Here is the BABY'S ROOM:) We painted it white b/c as you all remember this room was PURPLE and GREEN...not very pretty. We are going to wait to paint this room until we find out the sex of our baby :)

Here is the guest room:) We got a brand new queen size bed, so we are ready for visitors whenever!!!!!!! Just excuse the house right now, we are still in the process of it coming together, as you can see!!!!!

Here is our room. We are going to get a new bed frame and furniture as soon as we can! Our king bed actually fits pretty well, even though it looks small in this picture.
Last night we went to Leigh and Sherry's housewarming party and got to see thier first home in Chicago Ridge, IL. We had to leave early unfortunately because I got my first little wave of "morning sickness" so that was no fun :( Sorry Leigh, but I am glad I got to see your new place, it is soooooooooo nice!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for our house to be complete so we can have one too!!!!! :)
Congrats, Kaitlin!! It looks so good :) Don't put too much pressure on yourself to decorate the whole place immediately...we've been in this house for 4+ months now and I have yet to put anything on the walls in the main living areas because I want to do it "right" this house instead of like at the last house...where I just bought cheap stuff to avoid blank walls. You're off to a great start and I'm so happy for you and Ryan!! Thanks for posting pics!
